- Houghton swept Ishpeming 3-0 (25-20, 25-21, 25-17). For the Gremlins, Lydia Williams had 16 kills, 2 aces and 2 blocks; Ellie Hainault had 8 kills, 1 ace and 5 blocks; and Alyssa Northey had 5 aces, 11 digs and 30 assists.
- At a triangular at Chassell, the host Panthers swept Watersmeet 2-0 (25-16, 25-13), then outlasted the Copper Island Academy 3-2 (26-24, 20-25, 25-20, 23-25, 15-11). Over the seven sets for the Panthers, Elli Kuntze had 28 kills, 11 aces, 13 digs and 2 blocks; Oriana Olson had 17 kills, 5 aces and 14 digs; Skye Isaacson had 5 aces and 17 digs; Hilde Kuntze had 8 kills, 4 aces and 14 digs; and Sylvia Aho had 6 kills, 15 digs and 38 assists.
- Dollar Bay-Tamarack City shaded Ontonagon 3-1 (25-22, 25-22, 21-25, 25-21). For the Blue Bolts, Hannah Keranen had 18 kills, including eight in the fourth set, along with 3 blocks, 11 digs and 4 aces. Kiya Kemppainen had 16 assists, 19 digs, and 4 aces. Sylvie Kentala added 14 assists, and Ellie Keranen had 22 digs.
- L’Anse shut down Wakefield-Marenisco 3-0 (25-9, 25-11, 25-20).
- Baraga smothered Ewen-Trout Creek 3-0 (25-7, 25-13, 25-13). The Vikings remain unbeaten.
- Forest Park downed West Iron County 3-1 (25-9, 25-14, 18-25, 25-16).

The Brewers earned a bye for the opening round of the playoffs, and will host their first Divisional Series game on Saturday.
The Tigers are parting ways with assistant pitching coach Juan Nieves and first base coach Anthony Sanders. Nieves had been with the team since 2021. Sanders spent just one season with the club.
