Visit Keweenaw has announced the results of its 2026 Voter’s Choice Awards, celebrating the region’s best dining, attractions, and experiences that define fall in the Copper Country.
The annual public voting awards recognize numerous great options for residents and visitors to experience the best aspects of the region. Categories include awards for the best pasty, coffee, and places to grab a bite to eat, along with great ideas for spending time exploring the Copper Country from downtown Houghton to Montreal Falls and the tip of the Keweenaw Peninsula.
“These are the places people send their friends, bring their families, and keep coming back to,” said Brad Barnett, Executive Director of Visit Keweenaw.
The annual awards provide a fun and engaging way to connect residents with the tourism economy by sharing some of the community’s favorite locations and suggestions when family and friends visit.
Visit Keweenaw thanks the community for their participation and suggestions for the 2026 Voter’s Choice Awards. The full list of winners is available below. Learn more about exploring the Keweenaw Peninsula during the fall here.
