Northern Driveline outscored Garnet Garage 13-7 last night, to tie the Copper Country Twilight Baseball League championship series at one win per team. The best-of-three set will be decided Tuesday.

- Calumet plays at the Cadillac Tournament.
- Forest Park competes at the Mt. Pleasant Sacred Heart Tournament.
The Houghton boys soccer team hosts a tournament tomorrow that includes Lakewood High School from Lake Odessa, and Escanaba Bayside.
MLB
The Tigers had yesterday off, and visit the Royals tonight. Troy Melton will start against Noah Cameron. Coverage will begin at 7:45 on 99.3 The Lift.
The Brewers scored six runs in the first inning, and outlasted the Mariners 7-4 yesterday. Gary Sánchez and Garrett Mitchell each had two-run doubles. Mitchell added a solo homer in the eighth inning. Starter Robert Gasser struggled into the fourth inning, allowing all four Seattle runs.
The Brewers welcome the Braves this afternoon. Jacob Misiorowski will pitch against Chris Sale.
NFL
The Packers continue their preseason schedule at Denver tonight.
The Lions play a home preseason game against the Commanders tomorrow at noon.
