Michigan State Police arrest Ishpeming man for child sexual abuse activity

An Ishpeming man has been arraigned in 96th district court for child sexual abuse activity. On  Tuesday Michigan State Police announced that 24-year-old Zachary Erik Weisman was arrested for child fifteen counts of child sexual abuse activity and fifteen counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Michigan State Police began an investigation into Weisman when officials became aware he may have had explicit images of an underage child. State police were able to obtain a warrant and seized digital evidence. Weisman has been arraigned in 96th district court in Marquette County, with a bond set at 30,000 dollars. He is scheduled in court on May 8th.
