ZZ Top has just revealed the dates on their summer 2025 North American tour. The just-added shows are part of a two-leg jaunt that continues the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band’s ongoing Elevation Tour. The first leg begins with gigs in Canada and the northern US from June 1st to June 27th, while the second leg runs from August 1st to September 3rd, culminating in a homecoming show in Midland, Texas. Pre-sale for the newly added shows starts on Thursday (April 17), with general on-sale beginning on Friday (April 18). The upcoming summer performances will feature support from Night Ranger, Payton Smith, and Black Stone Cherry at select dates. ZZ Top recently finished a spring US tour with John Douglas serving as a temporary replacement for drummer Frank Beard, who had to step away due to health concerns. Douglas is expected to play drums for all upcoming dates as well. (Consequence of Sound)
