Iron Mountain senior Oskar Kangas and Westwood junior Ethan Marta share this year’s WestPAC Boys Basketball Player of the Year honor.
A.J. Pizziola from Westwood was named Defensive Player of the Year, and Patriots coach Luke Gray was honored as Coach of the Year.
The All-Conference Dream Team includes Caden Luoma from Ishpeming, Jordan Guenette from Negaunee, Luke Hill from Houghton, Gerald Sampol-Torres from Iron Mountain, and Tristan Miller from Westwood.
Players named to the All-Defensive Team include Brayden Kassin from Iron Mountain, Baron Heslip from Negaunee, Jared Larson from Calumet,
Isaiah Lawson from Houghton, and Ethan Corp from Ishpeming.
The Copper Conference First Team includes Isaiah Lawson and Lane Laux from Houghton, Gavin Sturos and Micah Pieti from Calumet, and Elijah Oberlin from West Iron County.
Copper Conference Honorable Mention votes went to Terry Nolan from Houghton, Abel Lundin from West Iron County, Kent Koskela from Calumet, and Gage Chynoweth.
