When the leaves begin to change color, that also means something else is on its way. Snow. Most won’t want to think about winter right now with plenty of sunny fall days still ahead. But in October the Copper Country Snowsports Club plans to host its annual Ski Swap.
Skiing is a fantastic way to enjoy winter, stay active and outside, while bucking the seasonal blues. The recreational hobby even offers a large community with plenty of knowledge a variety of winter sports. The annual ski swap acts as the Copper Country Snowsports Club’s largest annual fundraising opportunity to support youth skiing and snow sports. The ski swap will also include items such as snowshoes. The CCSC provides alpine snow sports and ski racing opportunities and has introduced many people to the hobby over the past 50 years.
