The Tapiola Road will be closed to through traffic between Karvakko’s Market and Kurts Korner Store from Monday to Thursday this week and all of next week, so the Houghton County Road Commission can replace culverts.
The road will be open this weekend for the 4th of July holiday.
Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route such as Askel Road to Arnheim Road to US-41.
